  • Comece preparando as coxas. Remova a pele e o excesso de gordura.
  • Remova o osso central e a cartilagem. Em seguida, corte o frango em pedaços.
  • Coloque em uma tigela e, em seguida, adicione uma ou duas colheres de páprica em pó, meia colher de chá de alho em pó (não sêmola) e sal, pimenta e temperos a gosto.
  • Misture bem. Esmague os flocos de milho em seu saco com um rolo de massa.
  • Bata um ovo em uma tigela e mergulhe os pedaços de frango um a um.
  • Coe para os flocos de milho colocados em um recipiente e, em seguida, empane da melhor forma que você puder, pressionando um pouco o frango nos flocos de milho.

Aqui está a minha segunda receita (de 3) para a minha parceria com as cervejas orgânicas Uhaina! Desta vez proponho um frango frito americano que será perfeito com uma lager fria! Dou-vos todos os pequenos segredos para obter a bela textura da galinha. Deve ser bem cozido e não frito em óleo demasiado quente, uma vez que isto irá colorir o frango sem o cozinhar no interior. Com um molho e uma boa salada para o acompanhar, cheira a férias com os amigos!

Pedaços tenros de frango numa poção crocante, depois mergulhados num incrível molho cremoso e saboroso. Tudo isto em menos de 30 minutos. Por uma vez, estou a cozer no forno e esta receita é perfeita para isso! É claro que se pode substituir as nozes pecans por outro fruto seco.
