Para um molde quadrado de 20 cm

Para o chantili de queijo cremoso e mel

Instructions
 

  • Despeje os ovos, o mel, o óleo e o açúcar mascavo em uma tigela.
  • Misture bem e, em seguida, adicione a amêndoa em pó, a farinha de rosca, a canela, o sal e o fermento em pó.
  • Misture bem e deixe descansar por 10 minutos.
  • Despeje em uma forma quadrada forrada com papel manteiga.
  • Asse a 170°C em fogo estático (não assistido por ventilador) por 40 minutos.
  • Desenforme e deixe esfriar. Em seguida, basta cortá-lo em fatias.
  • Se você quiser fazer o chantili, coloque todos os ingredientes, exceto o chantifix, em uma tigela ou na tigela do processador de alimentos. Bata em alta velocidade.
  • Quando o chantilly estiver firme, adicione o chantifix e bata novamente para obter uma textura firme.
  • Sirva o bolo na hora do chá com chantilly à mão!

Poppers Jalapeño

Deliciosos pimentos jalapeño recheados com queijo creme, cheddar e pimento vermelho. Tinha-os provado em Seattle há algum tempo num grande restaurante à beira-mar perto da universidade em 2019 e escrevi o que gostava para poder voltar a fazê-los. A parte mais difícil é encontrar as malaguetas, mas se procurar na Internet irá encontrá-las sem demasiada dificuldade. Também pode substituí-los por mini pimentos. É estaladiço, cremoso, e muito picante (mas suportável) no caso dos jalapeños! Para ser apreciado com um molho calmante.
