Nightmarish para uns, delicioso para outros, o pudim preto raramente deixa alguém indiferente. Eu sou um dos que o adoram! Mas então realmente! Embora eu saiba do que é feito. Não muito glamoroso de tirar uma fotografia, este parmentier é no entanto perfeito: maçãs douradas em manteiga, cebolas caramelizadas, puré caseiro e morcela preta. Tudo isto com um bom copo de vinho tinto e uma salada verde e o moral é elevado!
