Durante o Inverno, quero pratos que fervam durante muito tempo e que dêem à casa inteira um aroma agradável. Desta vez proponho um guisado de bochecha de vaca e bacon de camponês. A bochecha de bife é por vezes assustadora, mas é uma carne muito tenra que se presta perfeitamente a este prato. O objectivo é obter uma carne totalmente desfiada num molho que concentre todos os deliciosos sabores. Tudo isto será incrível com massa cozida al dente. Há, portanto, um caldo a ser feito antes de começar a cozinhar este prato. Mas o resultado está à altura das expectativas. Parece um molho simples, mas tem sabores requintados!
