Entre ou após as férias, pode precisar de uma pausa calórica! Portanto, uma sopa caseira à noite não é má e é sempre boa! Desta vez, proponho uma sopa aveludada com abóbora, feijão branco e limão confitado com sal. O resultado é um sabor muito invulgar, mas bastante delicioso se o limão for bem doseado. Com um pouco de cominho, torna-se particularmente saboroso. Os feijões dão uma boa consistência e cremosidade, por isso por uma vez não preciso de creme!
