  • Comece colocando as sultanas em uma tigela com água quente uma hora antes de você querer fazer a receita. Despeje a farinha de castanha em uma tigela e, em seguida, adicione a água um pouco de cada vez, mexendo sempre. A quantidade de água dependerá da farinha que você usar.
  • A massa deve fluir em uma fita grossa.
  • Acrescente 65 g de pinhões e reserve o restante para a parte superior do bolo. Despeje uma boa porção das sultanas escorridas, guardando algumas para a cobertura.
  • Corte um pedaço de papel vegetal do tamanho da forma e coloque o azeite de oliva. Espalhe-o uniformemente sobre a base e a borda interna usando o rolo de cozinha. Despeje toda a massa.
  • Polvilhe com os pinhões restantes e as sultanas escorridas. Enfeite com algumas folhas de alecrim.
  • Asse por 30 minutos a 175°C em calor estático (também conhecido como calor tradicional, mas não calor de convecção).
  • Deixe esfriar completamente antes de cortar em fatias pequenas.
