Recentemente foi-me oferecida uma colaboração com comme-a-la-boucherie.com, um talho online gerido pela família (a família Dubois) sediado em Rungis. O princípio é simples: encomenda-se e recebe-se a encomenda em qualquer lugar em França em caixas isotérmicas para segurança absoluta da cadeia de frio. Todos os tipos de carne são oferecidos, assim como carnes e charcutaria excepcionais. Ao aproximarmo-nos do Pentecostes, proponho uma receita italiana de vitela, a famosa saltimbocca! Literalmente "salta para a boca", este prato aparentemente muito simples (quase demasiado simples?) é de facto uma delícia absoluta. Presunto curado, salva e vinho branco combinam-se perfeitamente para criar um prato com sabores explosivos.
