Neste momento estou a afastar-me da tradição, embora volte a ela. Mas de vez em quando, quando é bom, não vejo o problema! Tinha visto esta receita num restaurante de fusão nos EUA há alguns anos atrás, por isso quis voltar a fazê-la aqui à minha maneira. Esta receita não é de pedra, só se pode fazer a parte do atum, ou a parte do caranguejo e substituir o bolo de arroz frito pegajoso por um arroz mais clássico simples ou vinagre. Em qualquer caso, posso prometer-vos que é fresco, estaladiço, macio, ligeiramente picante, mas acima de tudo irresistível!
