Não acredito que as férias estão mesmo ao virar da esquina! Mas seria de pensar que com o tempo frio à volta... À noite, gostaria de me aquecer e para isso, um aipo e uma sopa de castanhas é perfeito. Raramente uso aipo, embora o adore. Nesta sopa, a combinação é perfeita. É reconfortante como deve ser e com uma fatia de foie gras queimado, é perfeito para um jantar extravagante! Mas esta sopa pode ser feita sem fígado. É delicioso por si só com um pouco de pão e queijo.
