Este bolo de muesli é um verdadeiro deleite! No entanto, é feito sem farinha, açúcar ou gordura. Mas com todos os frutos secos que contém, é muito rico! É perfeito para o pequeno-almoço ou para um lanche. Acho-o totalmente viciante, pois cheira a bananas e a sua consistência é perfeita. Um grande obrigado a Dona Arlene, uma mãe brasileira que vive em Aguaí e que conheço bem, pela sua receita que amo e que concordou que eu poderia partilhá-la convosco aqui. Para meu grande prazer porque é um bolo que vou fazer muitas vezes!
