  • Comece cozinhando três laranjas (2 laranjas de mesa e 1 laranja sanguínea) em água fervente por 1 hora. Você pode colocar uma tampa durante o cozimento. Você terá uma laranja sanguínea sobrando, que poderá ser espremida.
  • As laranjas ficam macias após esse tratamento. Deixe esfriar fora da água.
  • Enquanto isso (ou enquanto as laranjas estiverem cozinhando), asse a amêndoa em pó a 170°C por 16 minutos. Ele é ligeiramente colorido.

  • Asse a 175°C por 45 minutos em fogo estático (não assistido por ventilador).
  • Deixe esfriar e, em seguida, faça o ganache derretendo o creme de leite e o chocolate amargo picado no micro-ondas. Misture bem e, em seguida, despeje sobre o bolo e agite até ficar homogêneo. Você também pode bater o molde na superfície de trabalho para uniformizá-lo.
  • Deixe esfriar e leve à geladeira por pelo menos 4 horas antes de servir. Coma bem gelado.
