Graças a Brigitte Riou, uma amiga da minha mãe, que recebeu a sua receita da sua avó. Uma receita perfeita para a língua do gato. Um biscoito fino, leve e muito estaladiço com um bom sabor a manteiga! Todos conhecem este belo bolo e fiquei surpreendido ao descobrir a melhor receita de língua de gato graças a Brigitte. Portanto, um grande obrigado!
Receita para as línguas dos gatos:
-135g de claras de ovo -100g de farinha -125g de açúcar -2 pacotes de açúcar baunilhado -125g de manteiga
Pré-aquecer o forno a 180°C. Derreter a manteiga.
Misturar açúcar e açúcar de baunilha.
Misturar a manteiga e o açúcar num creme.
Acrescentar a farinha e misturar bem.
Bater as claras de ovo até ficarem firmes, depois adicioná-las à mistura anterior, levantando bem para evitar que caiam para trás.
A massa está pronta!
Prefiro usar um saco de canalização para me certificar de que a língua do gato é mais consistente. Utilizando uma ponta nº 9, desenhar linhas de pastelaria com 6 cm de comprimento. O espaçamento é importante à medida que as línguas se espalham!
Cozer a 180°C durante 10-13 minutos. Fique de olho nas línguas para ter a certeza de que são castanhas douradas.
Deixe arrefecer numa grade de arame e coloque numa lata hermética !
