Depois do fondant de chocolate e do mi-cuit de chocolate, ofereço-vos a minha cúpula de chocolate! Um pequeno bolo…sem farinha! O resultado é um bolo muito cremoso e achocolatado. A preparação é muito fácil e o tempo de cozedura é bastante curto (25 minutos). A massa pode ser desformulada na perfeição se se esperar um pouco e usar os moldes certos.
Receita para 8 cúpulas:
-3 ovos grandes -200g de chocolate preto -50g de chocolate de leite -130g de manteiga mole -145g de creme completo -135g de açúcar de confeiteiro
Pré-aquecer o forno a 150°C. Estes são os moldes que eu utilizo. Este silicone preto profissional pode ser encontrado em Mora ou na Internet. Tal como na minha receita de madeleines, estes moldes não precisam de ser amanteigados ou enfarinhados. A massa pode ser despejada directamente na massa e cozida. Basta deixá-lo arrefecer antes de o desmoldar.
Colocar a manteiga, natas e chocolates numa tigela grande no microondas ou numa caldeira dupla.
Deixar derreter e depois adicionar o açúcar de confeiteiro.
Acrescentar os ovos inteiros e misturar bem novamente. Se o açúcar em pó não se misturar bem, pode usar um batedor para o bater e misturar bem.
Colocar a mistura até à parte superior de cada cavidade, sem farinha nem manteiga.
Colocar no forno e cozer durante 25 minutos a 150°C.
Deixar arrefecer e depois remover cuidadosamente do molde. Se tiver utilizado o molde que recomendo, não há problemas com a desmoldagem!
Deixar no frigorífico durante pelo menos 2 horas antes de comer! Se as cúpulas tiverem de ser mantidas no frigorífico durante muito tempo, é melhor retirá-las trinta minutos antes de serem servidas, para que recuperem a sua cremosidade!
