Sou adepto de flapjacks e reservo esta receita para os amantes desta barra de aveia, pois pode parecer surpreendente para outros. Sugiro esta versão rica e decadente com amêndoas. Coloco um pouco na massa e no topo. Mas também coloco geleia no centro para os manter ainda mais macios. Não vai comer tudo sozinho, isso é certo! Um pequeno quadrado é tudo o que é preciso para voltar ao bom caminho…
Receita para um molde quadrado de 18cm
200g de manteiga mole
300g de compota de framboesa
310g de farinha de aveia
50g de açúcar
60g de pó de amêndoa
Para o topo:
100g de compota de framboesa
100g de amêndoas em flocos
Colocar a manteiga numa caçarola em lume brando para derreter.
Misturar o açúcar e a aveia (usei aveia quaker!).
Verter a mistura para a frigideira.
Misturar, ainda em lume brando.
Adicionar a compota e o pó de amêndoa.
Misturar e deixar de lado o calor.
Verter metade para um prato quadrado forrado com papel vegetal de 18cm.
Verter uma ou duas colheres de sopa de compota de framboesa e espalhá-la uniformemente.
Verter na segunda metade e espalhar. Faça isto suavemente, pois a compota deve ser bem coberta.
Podem passar sem ele, mas eu adoro amêndoas fendidas! Misturar as amêndoas em flocos e a geleia numa tigela.
Espalhar-se por toda a superfície da massa.
É isso mesmo!
Cozer a 170°C durante cerca de 20 minutos.
Deixar arrefecer e cortar em quadrados. Armazená-los numa caixa hermética num local seco.
