Este bolo de muesli é um verdadeiro deleite! No entanto, é feito sem farinha, açúcar ou gordura. Mas com todos os frutos secos que contém, é muito rico! É perfeito para o pequeno-almoço ou para um lanche. Acho-o totalmente viciante, pois cheira a bananas e a sua consistência é perfeita. Um grande obrigado a Dona Arlene, uma mãe brasileira que vive em Aguaí e que conheço bem, pela sua receita que amo e que concordou que eu poderia partilhá-la convosco aqui. Para meu grande prazer porque é um bolo que vou fazer muitas vezes!
Pour un cake de 26 cm :
480g de carne de banana (5-6 bananas)
3 ovos
170g de damascos secos
85g de ameixas secas
85g de nozes
100g de amêndoas
75g sultanas
150g de farelo de aveia
135g de farinha de aveia
8g de fermento em pó
Instructions :
Amassar a carne de banana com um garfo.
Verter para dentro de um recipiente.
Acrescentar os 3 ovos e misturar bem.
Cortar os damascos secos.
Verter para o recipiente e fazer o mesmo para as ameixas secas.
O mesmo se aplica aos frutos secos e amêndoas.
Não se esqueça das sultanas!
Misturar bem e depois adicionar o farelo de aveia (à esquerda na foto) e os flocos de aveia.
Acabar com o fermento em pó. Misture bem.
Verter para a panela untada e alisar a parte superior com uma colher.
Cozer a 155°C durante 1h-1h10.
Sair e sair para arrefecer.
Como sempre com bolos, será muito melhor no dia seguinte.
