Aqui está uma nova receita americana que me agrada especialmente no Inverno. Para qualquer pessoa que tenha estado nos EUA, poderá ter descoberto este bolo reconfortante. Como é frequentemente o caso, trata-se de uma variação de uma receita europeia, neste caso o alemão “Steuselkuchen”. Mas o bolo de miolo de Nova Iorque continua a ser mais excessivo! É comido com um café grande e normalmente uma fatia é suficiente. Por mais que ache os nossos bolos realmente perfeitos e deliciosos, os americanos não devem ser ultrapassados. Este bolo é macio no centro com um top completamente estaladiço.
Receita de crumbcake (16 partes):
Desintegrar-se: -115g de açúcar -115g de vergeoise loira -1 colher de chá de canela em pó -1/5 colher de chá de sal -170g de manteiga mole derretida -300g de farinha Colar: -2 ovos -2 amarelo -280g de farinha -200g de açúcar -170g de manteiga -1 colher de chá de baunilha líquida -170g de leite fermentado -3/4 colher de chá colher de chá de bicarbonato de sódio
-1/2 colher de chá de sal
Preparar a massa desintegrada. Colocar os dois açúcares, sal e canela na tigela do processador de alimentos.
Adicionar a manteiga mole derretida.
Acrescentar a farinha de uma só vez.
E misturar com o “k” da kitchenaid ou kenwood até que a farinha seja incorporada.
Ponha de lado a mistura de crumble até ter tempo de fazer o resto da receita.
Preparar a massa do bolo. Colocar a farinha, açúcar, sal e bicarbonato de sódio. em a tigela do processador de alimentos.
Adicionar a manteiga muito mole e começar a misturar, ainda usando o “k”.
Quando a manteiga for incorporada, adicionar os ovos, baunilha e leite fermentado.
Misturar agora em alta velocidade durante 2-3 minutos para arejar a massa. Branqueia e torna-se mais volumosa.
Verter a massa para uma lata quadrada de 21cm x 21cm, forrada com papel vegetal. Pulverizar com uma lata de massa lubrificante de libertação.
Verter a mistura de crumble sobre o bolo.
Cozer a 170°C durante 45 minutos ou mais. O bolo deve ser cozido no centro.
