Neste momento, não tenho tanto tempo como gostaria de dedicar ao meu blogue. O paradoxo é que não tenho esse tipo de tempo, porque estou 100% no meu projecto de oficina e na versão “física” do blogue. Este lugar onde eu poderia trabalhar e experimentar novas receitas, dia e noite! Acabo também de regressar de Milão, onde pude provar muitas coisas boas, incluindo este bolo doce com azeite e vinho branco. Há muitas iguarias feitas com um destes ingredientes: canistrellis, zezettes de Sète, rosco de vino, mas aqui é um simples bolo doce que eu tinha visto e devorado em Itália. Por isso ofereço-vos esta receita, porque é muito surpreendente no sabor, deliciosa e muito rápida de fazer. Pode espalhá-lo à mão para um aspecto mais rústico e imperfeito, que por vezes também adoro!
Receita de um grande bolo para partilhar:
150g de farinha
1/8 colher de chá de fermento em pó
1 boa pitada de sal
70g de açúcar
65g de azeite de oliva
40ml de vinho branco doce
Misturar a farinha, fermento em pó, sal e açúcar.
Verter o azeite.
Misturar à mão ou com um processador de alimentos.
Finalmente, deitar o vinho branco e misturar apenas o suficiente para trazer a massa para uma bola.
Colocá-lo sobre um tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal.
Espalhá-lo à mão para um disco plano.
Bater com os dedos para tornar a superfície irregular.
Polvilhar com um pouco de açúcar em pó.
Cozer durante cerca de 20 minutos a 180°C. Adapte a cozedura ao seu forno. A massa deve ser castanha dourada.
Transferir cuidadosamente o bolo para uma grade de arame e deixá-lo arrefecer.
Guarde-o numa caixa hermética. Abra a caixa em caso de emergência e de desejos de açúcar!
