Biscoitos… Penso que no futuro publicarei regularmente uma nova receita no meu blogue de culinária. Adoro-o tanto! É fácil de fazer, pode tê-los em todas as texturas diferentes e com muitas coisas diferentes para os colocar. Hoje é uma versão muito clássica: chocolate branco e nozes de macadâmia, mas ainda é um verdadeiro deleite!
Receita para cerca de quinze biscoitos:
85g de manteiga mole
100g de açúcar
1 colher de chá de baunilha líquida
50g de açúcar castanho
1 ovo
205g de farinha
1/4 colher de chá de bicarbonato de sódio
170g de pedaços de chocolate branco
100g de nozes de macadâmia (torradas e salgadas estão bem!)
Colocar a manteiga, os açúcares e a baunilha numa tigela.
Misture até ter uma espécie de creme. Em seguida, adicionar o ovo.
Misturar novamente e deitar a farinha e o bicarbonato de sódio.
Para a minha receita, pode utilizar nozes de macadâmia assadas e salgadas. Basta cortá-los ao meio.
Colocar as lascas de chocolate branco e as nozes de macadâmia na massa.
Misture uma última vez (se tiver uma KitchenAid precisa da folha (o K)).
Fazer bolas de 45g
Aplane-os ligeiramente com a palma da mão.
Cozer a 180°C durante 11-12 minutos. Os biscoitos devem parecer mal cozidos. Apenas um pouco dourado à volta das bordas. Quando arrefecerem, terão a textura perfeita.
Deixe-os arrefecer antes de os comer enquanto ainda estão quentes! Depois colocá-los numa caixa hermética.
