Outra receita de biscoitos Bernard? Sim, admito, tenho a minha fase regressiva, mas não consigo resistir em frente a estes pequenos bolos. Prometo, esta é a última receita de bolachas durante algum tempo (excepto em casos de força maior!). Estes “choc chip bars” são mais como “blondies”, brownies sem chocolate. Em vez de ser cozida em bolinhos , a massa é cozida num prato e depois cortada em pedaços. Claro que pode ser feita em bolachas clássicas, mas cozida no prato, apelará a amantes de massa não cozida em demasia. Guardo esta receita há 20 anos, desde que uma família americana com quem estava hospedado para um curso de línguas ma deu. Mantenha-o num canto, porque estas barras de chips choc são um deleite!
Receita para “choc cJhip bars”:
-200g de vergeoise loira ou castanha -160g de açúcar -2 ovos grandes -1 colher de chá de baunilha líquida -190g de manteiga mole derretida -380g de farinha -1 colher de chá de bicarbonato de sódio -1/2 colher de chá de sal 300g de pedaços de chocolate em leite, escuro ou uma mistura de ambos!
Misturar os ovos, sal, açúcar branco, vergeoise e baunilha numa tigela.
Adicionar a manteiga derretida e misturar bem.
Numa tigela separada, misturar a farinha e o bicarbonato.
Acrescentar a farinha à mistura de ovos de uma só vez e misturar bem.
Finalmente, adicionar as lascas de chocolate.
A massa está pronta! Phew! Demasiado duro…!
Encher uma lata de 30X30cm com papel vegetal (uma vez numa direcção e uma vez na outra) e depois adicionar a massa. Na foto abaixo, é uma panela 20X20, por isso coloquei menos massa na panela e cozi o resto em bolas, como biscoitos clássicos.
Colocar a massa na frigideira e achatá-la bem com a ponta de uma colher.
Cozer durante 35 minutos a 150-160°C.
Quando cozinhado, deixar arrefecer e retirar do molde.
Cortados em pedaços quadrados e espalhados à volta de crianças enfurecidas.
