Mais je n'ai pas trouvé de pâte chili Thaï, pas plus que le pomélos jaune, il doit y avoir une saison ?
Ai remplacé la pâte chili Thaï par de la purée de piment chili en plus faible quantité, heureusement … car … ça réveille !!! ouh !
Le pomélos rose a bien fait l'affaire, j'adore ces plats pleins de jus.
