Un de tes meilleurs Bernard ! Je l’ai réalisé deux fois en cinq jours (dévoré à chaque fois rapidement), alors que j’étais en vacances à Tinos. Une pure merveille. J’y ai ajouté des oranges un peu confites par-dessus, tel qu’on peut en trouver en Grèce sur certains portokalopita de boulangerie… Mais ils ne valent pas le tiens !
