Merci pour cette recette originale. Comme je suis un peu bête, je n’ai pas réalisé que cette brioche serait plus à même d’être mangée avec un accompagment salé, et je me suis pointé à un gouter d’halloween avec… La couleur est sublime. Je pense avoir été trop juste sur le sel. Quand vous dites c. à café est-ce une banale cuillère à café ou une unité de mesure telle la tealspoon anglaise ?

Aussitôt découverte, aussitôt faite, 2 fois de suite même. Brioche trop bonne, certes la pâte est collante mais rien d’insurmontable en farinant bien le plan de travail. Toute la famille a adoré surtout après un petit passage au grille-pain, un peu de beurre et une bonne confiture maison…huummm super petit déjeuner. Merci pour cette belle découverte qui va devenir un incontournable de mes automnes désormais.

Après le passage au frigo, la pâte ayant bien poussé, j’ai eu l’impression qu’il y en avait beaucoup trop pour un seul moule de 30 cm. J’ai donc utilisé deux moules à cake: un de 30 cm et un autre de 20 cm et j’ai bien bien fait: j’ai obtenu deux magnifiques brioches, très moelleuses et délicieuses. Résumé: recette suivie à la lettre, avec la bonne courge. Les 100 g de sucre ne sont pas de trop, le goût est parfait, absolument pas sucré. A refaire. Merci Bernard, continuez à nous régaler
