Cela donne d'assez gros palmiers, la prochaine fois je découperai longitudinalement la pâte en 2 pour en faire de plus petits. Merci pour cette recette, me lancer dans la confection d'une pâte feuilletée (inversée ou non) m'effrayait quelque peu, mais à part le fait qu'il faut disposer de beaucoup de temps devant soi, ce n'est pas compliqué du tout si l'on suit bien les indications. Bonne continuation, et de nouveau merci pour toutes vos recettes !
