Le nom de ta patisserie Orientale est " Abdel Rahman hallab", c'est une patisserie de Tripoli (nord Liban).
Pour ce qui est du commentaire de Shéhérazade, les macarons existent au Liban (Ladurée, Cannelle (une patisserie relais-dessert) etc…)

Mon commentaire vise plutôt à vous demander un conseil -Voilà je voudrais faire une reconvertion professionnelle et ouvrir une boutique de macarons dans un pays où cette spécialité n'existe pas et serait très probablement appréciée- Quelle serait selon vous la meilleure façon d'apprendre à faire cette délicieuse recette et toute les garnitures possibles ? s'agit-il d'une formation en pâtisserie ? ou puis-je contacter une maison comme Ladurée ou toute autre fabricant de macarons de qualité ?
