Un grand merci pour cette recette appétissante. Je me suis lancée dans la préparation du crumble de sarrasin sur une purée de patate douce et courge musquée. C'était délicieux ! Toutefois, j'ai eu un problème avec le crumble : tout s'est très bien passé, la pâte était exactement comme sur vos photos, mais elle s'est délitée à la cuisson – j'ai du la prendre à la cuillère, et ce n'était pas croustillant. A quoi attribuez-vous ce problème ? Comment faire la prochaine fois ?
