Alors j'ai suivi la recette à la lettre, au niveau de l'aspect, c'est de vraies madeleines, niveau texture, ce n'était pas moelleux, gras et souple comme de vraies madeleine, puisqu elles étaient croquantes…qu'est ce que j'ai raté ???

Bon c'était la madeleine maudite, je n'avais pas suffisamment de sucre (j'ai complété avec du sucre glace), je n'avais que de l'huile de tournesol, je me suis trompée pour la chaleur du four et 80 g d’œuf et 2,5 g de levure.. heu… comment vous dire… et en plus beaucoup de mal à la démouler. Mais ma foi le dieu de la madeleine était avec moi, elle était délicieuse.
