C'estlameilleure recette pas à pas que j'ai testée ! BRAVO ! J'ai juste un peu de mal avec la crème au beurre à base de crème anglaise donc j'ai remplacé par unne meringue italienne. Pour le dessus le glaçage j'ai aussi du mal mais j'ai trouvé des feuilles d'impression pour chocolat, donc après avoir poser le glaçage je dépose cette feuille, après refroidissement il faut la retirer et miracle le chocolat est bien brillant.
