Bonjour merci beaucoup pour cette recette car moi aussi dans le temps (dans les années 1990-2000) j’allais chez Asselin pour ces merveilleux sablés qui en plus ne coûtaient pas cher, mais hélas il n’existe plus. Pas encore eu le temps de faire votre recette mais je suis très heureuse de voir qu’elle existe.
Si vous passez par Ledru Rollin il y a une chocolaterie qui fait une pâtisserie similaire, le Carré Viennois, mais c’est 1/4 de la dimension des sablés de chez Asselin. Merci encore !

De plus il n'y avait pas vraiment de question dans votre commentaire. Vous aviez juste l'air d'être étonnée de la quantité (que je confirme par ailleurs) car il s'agit ici d'un double sablé de 30 sur 40cm… Le lien ne fonctionne plus, mais en tapant cacao barry praliné sur google, on a des dizaines de pages ! 😉
