Nous avons fait cette recette avec les enfants, nous n'avons donc pas attendu que la pâte durcisse au réfrigérateur… et nous avons mis un oeuf entier (anti-gaspi league). la pâte s'est parfaitement étalée, pas de déchirures. le petit plus fun pour les loulous : des empreintes pour marquer les biscuits. Pour la cuisson 15 minutes ont suffit. Ils sont parfaits ! bravo, et merci pour cette recette, toutes les explications détaillées, les photos !
