j’ai testé la recette sans poudre de lait qui a été oubliée au moment des courses.
Résultat délicieux: les sablés sont croquants avec un bon gout du blé noir, sel et sucre bien équilibrés. A déguster le lendemain ,les sables se conservent bien et le gout se développe avec le temps…
je recommencerai avec la poudre de lait.
