Pas trop sucré, avec un bon goût de pistache, ils accompagnent avantageusement une glace, un yaourt grec ou une simple tisane. J'ai aussi rencontré des difficultés au moment de former les sablés avec la pâte crue trop friable. J'ai utilisé un emporte-pièce et ça s'est bien passé. Une fois cuits, ils ne s'effritent plus. Par contre, je ne les ai laissé que 12 minutes au four. Encore merci !

J'ai pourtant suivi la recette à la lettre, mais j'aimerai savoir si une pâte ne peut pas s'émietter lorsqu'on la malaxe de trop. Merci à Anonyme pour son conseil concernant les emportes pièces (petits soucis à la coupe). Néanmoins je ne désespère pas pour la prochaine fois. Bon week-end
