Bonjour, les pasteis sont excellents mais j’ai un petit problème : lorsque j’étale la pâte, la matière grasse traverse et je me retrouve avec de la matière grasse sur la surface de ma pâte. Est-ce qu’il y a quelque chose que je ne fais pas correctement ? Merci pour votre aide.

Super recette, vraiment délicieux.
Pour la matière grasse, je n’ai pas trouvé Astra, mais une matière grasse 70% « cuisson et pâtisserie, anti éclaboussures », et c’était parfait.

Par contre je rejoins un autre commentaire : il y a presque 2 fois trop de crème par rapport à la pâte.
