Par contre, je complèterais votre recette notamment sur le caramel et à partir du rajouter du lait concentré de cette façon. Car écrire "Bien mélanger et laisser 8-10 minutes à partir de l'ébullition sur feu doux tout en mélangeant constamment.", ce n'est pas très précis et il n'y aucun détail réel car j'ai laissé mon caramel 20min sur le feu.
Je mettrais plutôt "Bien mélanger et laisser à partir de l’ébullition sur feux doux tout en mélangeant constamment jusqu'à épaississement du caramel".
On recherche bien à réduire le liquide dans la casserole. Et donc se fier à une durée ce n'est pas précis car chacun aura un caramel plus ou moins liquide dès le départ et la réduction sera plus ou moins longue en fonction du système de feu utilisé aussi (gaz, plaque induction ou céramique..)
