D'abord un grand bravo pour votre blog. J'ai réalisé les macarons chocolat framboise ce jour, la ganache est super bonne, pas d'aspect grumeleux car j'avais légèrement fait fondre le chocolat. Par contre mes coques sont marrons chocolat au lait même pas une pointe de rose dommage, la prochaine fois je mettrais 7.5gr de chocolat en poudre et un peu plus de colorant rouge (gel).

J'ai réalisé ajd mes tout premiers macarons selon cette recette, et j'ai qqes questions pour m'améliorer
Alors mes macarons était d'aspect vraiment nickel, lisses, avec la collerette, enfin vraimant nickels!
Mais à la dégustation, il étaient "creux", la croute avait bien levé mais l'intérieur moelleux non… Est-ce que mon fous était trop chaud? Cuits trop longtemps? Merîgue pas assez ferme..??
Et deuxième question à propos de la ganache: la mienne était relativement dure à la degustation… Comment cela se fait-il? (J'avais zappé l'étape du mixage après refroidissement car c'était déjà bien lisse!) à moins qu'il faille les conserver à température ambiante? (Ils étaient au frigo)

J'y suis restée très facilement 2heures voire 3heures et ce, seulement sur les pages "macarons"! (en les scrutant, encore et toujours) Il me tarde de découvrir toutes les autres pages mais avant ça, j'ai une petite question (qui me paraît… débile): si je prends du chocolat blanc, le résultat sera-t-il le même? Car j'ai vu vos macarons Framboises-Chocolat blanc et la ganache me paraît un peu plus difficile à faire que celle-ci.
J'espère que vous trouverez 2 petites minutes à me consacrer, bravo pour tous ce que vous faites! 🙂
