J’ai bien aimé votre commentaire, car en effet les français font souvent n’importe quoi avec les cuisines des autres en pensant tout faire mieux qu’eux. C’est typiquement français « nous on est meilleurs que les autres et ont sait tout mieux que tout le monde). Cependant la recette de Bernard est très bonne quand même ! IL aurait peut etre du écrire « comme des lasagnes » à l’aubergine… Une ereure pour moi dans le recette la quantité de sauce est largement insuffisante pour étaler sur 3 couches. Il faut doubler les proportions de sauce, ou au moins faire +50%. Si non pour moi très bon cette « façon lasagne » aux aubergines
