J'avait essayé il y a longtemps quelque chose de voisin, des petits palets de chocolat noir tempéré qui viennent recouvrir une feuille de menthe fraîche, c'est très beau et très bon mais dès le lendemain on a des cristaux blancs qui apparaîssent. Quelqu'un saurait-il comment les éviter ? Ce n'est pas un pb de tempérage du chocolat.
