Au début j'ai eu la même frayeur que toi mais au bout de 5 minutes environ, ma pâte était parfaitement malléable avec la fécule!
Alice j'ai justement utilisé de la fécule de maïs donc tu n'as pas de soucis à te faire c'est tout à fait faisable.
Par contre niveau goût j'ai aussi été un peu décue (je les ais fait nature car ils sont tels quels et enrobés de noix de coco dans le restaurant où j'en prend normalement). Ceux que j'adore sont comme mélangés avec un peu de pâte de coco ou quelque chose dans le genre, j'essairai la prochaine fois!

Comme les autres personnes ci-dessus, nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à former les mochis. Et j'en avais plus sur les mains que sur mes mochis ! Je pense qu'il manque un détail. Peut-être qu'une vidéo de démonstration montrant le coup de main pour les former serait top !
