Cela fait 2 fois que je réalise cette recette, à chaque fois, ma pâte fait très peu de trous à la cuisson. Je les retrouve sur les extérieurs mais sur la partie centrale pas du tout. Je me dis que cela vient certainement de ma température de cuisson? De plus ma texture en sortie de poêle est très dure en dessous (mais le lendemain c’est tout mou), et la marque de la cuisson n’est pas « uniforme » comme sur ceux du commerce. Est-ce trop chaud? Pas assez? Ou peut-être que c’est ma poêle qui est trop fine?

Pour les cercles, des boites de conserves plates ouverte aux deux extrémités font l’affaire.
Et pour graisser, du saindoux, comme pour les galettes,( ça ne laisse aucun goût.)
