Alors je tiens sincèrement à remercier et féliciter notre chef cuisto.. ses recettes sont purement délicieuses..
Pour ma part, j’ai testé et re re re fait … désolée je suis gourmande… mais cette recette de beignet aux crevettes…. elle est FANTASTIQUE… les beignets sont bien gonflés ET CROUSTILLANTS…
Je peux vous assurer, j’ai noté la recette un peu partout pour ne pas la perdre… c’est mon trésor..
On propose souvent des recettes de pâte à beignet qui est bien souvent lourde et oui très lourde et pâteuse, sans que l’on y retrouve le croustillant que l’on devrait avoir…
eh bien là, notre cher cuisto, il nous ouvre des beignets savoureux, légers et CROUSTILLANTS à souhait..
N’hésitez pas si comme moi vous êtes fan de beignets..
Je vais même essayer cette pâte avec du poisson et du poulet…
A vos fourneaux… vous ne regretterez pas… PROMIS.
