Le frottage avec l'huile et le romarin est très bien. Par contre la crème au mascarpone est pour moi sans grand interêt : trop épaisse, trop grasse, elle noie le gout de l'ail et n'est pas nappante… Je lui ai préféré le délicieux et traditionnel jus de cuisson. A refaire ne serait ce donc que pour la préparation de la viande.
