Pour ma part, j'ai ajouté du chorizo grillé et concassé au moment de servir pour avoir du croustillant et une pointe de sel. J'ai aussi dégusté un velouté similaire dans un restaurant qui le servait avec un ravioli au butternut au fond. Le mélange était divin !!!!
