Je viens de faire cette recette, c’est exactement le turron que je voulais obtenir. j’ai beaucoup galéré : très rapidement c’est devenu hyper dur et le fouet électrique a rendu l’âme, il a fallu que mon épouse et moi nous relayions toutes les 2 minutes pour ne pas cesser de battre à la fourchette, du coup au lieu de 45 minutes nous avons laissé au bain marie une vingtaine de minutes, à mon grand étonnement la consistance est parfaite. Je n’ai pas trouvé de crème de tartre, je l’ai remplacée par deux grammes de jus de citron.
