Ce n'est pas tout de vouloir donner des recettes, il faut aussi respecter un minimum celle de base.

Ps: le raison (sultans) n'existe pas, c'est sultanine que tu voulais dire. Et c'est presque inutile de le préciser car c'est quasiment le seul raisin sec en grande surface.

Après votre "brioche", c'est au Kouglof que je compte "m'attaquer" très bientôt 🙂 Mais une question me taraude : j'ai parcouru internet à la recherche de recettes de ce fameux Kouglof, et en ce qui concerne les proportions de beurre par rapport à la farine , j'ai trouvé des variations qui allaient de 25% (125g de beurre pour 500g farine) à 70% (recette de T. Mulhaupt) Je doute que l'on puisse parler, dans tous ces cas, du Kouglof authentique ! 😉 Auriez vous un avis sur la question ? Merci
