Il faut pour 1L d eau 10gr de flocon de bonite secheée (c est du poisson) et 10gr de kombu (une algue sechée qu on trouve meme a marée basse en bretagne)
On fait infuser le kombu dans l eau fremissante pendant 10 minutes, on l enlève, on rajoute la bonite, on coupe le feu des que l eau est bouillante et on laisse infuser encore 3 minutes. On filtre et le dashi est pret!
