Ce granola est effectivement ultra crispy. J’ai remplacé les amandes effilées par des amandes noisettes et pistaches hachées, et le riz soufflé par du sarrasin grillé.
C’est déclinable à l’infini: vanille, cacao, banane, cannelle… merci Bernard, une vraie decouverte
