Votre blog est magnifique ! Les photos me mettent l'eau à la bouche à chaque fois et vos explications sont extrêmement intéressantes.

J'ai fait mon premier essai sur vos recettes avec ces dômes. Dur dur le démoulage (mais je n'avais pas de super moule en silicone). Question : comment faire pour avoir un fond plat alors que le gâteau en cuisant a tendance à remonter sur les bords non ?

Par contre j'ai trouvé ça très chocolaté. Trop pour moi qui ne suis pas une grande fan de chocolat, oui oui ça existe ! Mais mon chéri a adoré.
