J’ai fais une version carrot cake de Noël. Zestes d’orange, fruits confit (à la place des raisins secs), glaçage complet et décoration avec les fruits confits et noix de pécan.
Tout le monde s’est régalé !

Deuxième Carrot Cake que l’on tente pour la première fois avec cette recette: texture moelleuse et gourmande pour une crème parfaite et juste au bon dosage de sucre!
En guise d’huile végétale, j’ai fait un mélange d’huile de noix (2/3) et huile de noisettes (1/3) …
Résultat: délice!!! On a dégusté cette portion pour 8 à deux sans se lasser, se conservant très bien sur 1 semaine.
Une fois de plus, merci! (livre « la Cuisine de Bernard » commandé dans la foulée et en attente de livraison! Ravie de ce best of que j’espérais secrètement).
