Après plusieurs essais de recettes, je trouve ce cake délicieux et très équilibré en saveur. J’ai un tout petit peu réduit le sucre, car à la cuisson le citron perd un peu son acidité pour ma part. Merci pour cette recette, je n’ai par contre pas réalisé le glaçage et je n’avais qu’un moule rectangulaire qui correspondait au volume de pâte. Très bon

Votre cake est un délice. Petits, grands, esthètes, fines bouches, tout le monde saute dessus. Même les gens qui ne sont pas très portés sur les desserts s’en reservent jusqu’à épuisement et m’en reparlent des mois plus tard. Parfois j’ai droit à un regard suppliant et les mains jointes, à un : « Oh ! Tu pourras nous refaire ton cake au citron ? Je donnerais n’importe quoi pour en avoir une bouchée. »
