Mais je me permettrais juste une remarque: les gousses de cardamome doivent être pilées avant d'être utilisées: en effet ce sont les petites graines noires à l'intérieur qui dégagent l'arôme de cette épice. Et la cannelle et les clous de girofle sont généralement rissolés dans les plats indien ( par exemple au moment du carvi) car sinon, là encore ils ne dégagent pas le maximum de leur arôme…
