J'adore, mais avec juste une tite pincée de cannelle pour la recette d'origine, mais surtout, à la vanille, c'est encore plus FAMEUUUUHHHHHH !!!!!!!!!!!!

J'utilise à peu près les même proportions, mais je fais bouillir le lait seul, je le verse ensuite directement dans le plat, sur le mélange riz rond, sucre et cannelle) Sinon, pour ceux qui voudraient faire des essais : il ne faut pas faire moins de 2 litres. Je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais c'est moins bon. Et je confirme, cela se mange bien tiède ou froid, comme on veut et on peut l'accompagner de brioche plate qu'on appelle FALUE chez nous… Equinorev
